Dynamic Lesson Planning Templates

These are forms I made to expedite lesson plan writing (they are mainly drop-down menus). The HTML can be edited. If you don’t know how, you can email me (mark.smith@smithmath.com) and I might be able to make any changes in which you are interested. Since the forms are in HTML, there are necessary “support” files that need to be in the same directory. If the compressed files are extracted fully to the same folder, all should be well.

Version 3.0 is just for calculus (none of my peers were using it and I figured it was pointlessly time consuming to update for all courses if I am just teaching one). The big benefit here is that all of the AP Calculus objectives tested on the AP Exam are listed in a drop-down menu. Smith is the default teacher (yes, to save me time), but it can be overridden by typing in the “other” box.

Version 2.5.2 is the last stable version I used to plan for Algebra II and Calculus. It has the old TEKS numbers, but can be used for ALL secondary math courses (to override the “teacher name” drop-down just type yours in “other”).
